The third guide on my list is another fantastic 1-80 leveling guide. Shawn Woods has really put together not only a great eBook leveling guide but also includes a nice in-game leveling guide as well. The quality of this guide is great and I was really shocked when I saw how cheap it is at $37 per faction or $67 together. Not only does Shawn have the 1-70 guide available he also has included the 70-80 guide as well for Horde & Alliance and includes all the races including the new Death Knight hero class. He also offers a sneak preview of his leveling guide for free on his site as well. That will give you the best overview, actually seeing the guide itself at work.

i want to be a game power leveler ,is there any one knows ?thank you

You can try ebay, or offer a friend to power level for money, but besides that no.
Power leveling companies have cheap employees for that kind of stuff. Do you want to get payed around 4 dollars a day and get beat around if you don't do it good enough? Didn't think so, so that's not an option.

So no. What you can do no the other hand, is level (as example) a wow account to level 70, then sell that.
You could make 150 to 400 bucks for that.

I want to power level my character from level 25 to 40. (On World of Warcraft) Is there any Power Leveling website that is LEGIT and WILL NOT get me banned or suspended?

Since your character is saved on WoW's server, that site would have to hack into WoW's site just to change your character. So no, there is no site that can power level you.

If you find a private server (which are illegal, btw), some of those have character editing options.
